2 - Power fault

Power supplied outside of range.

This error may be caused by the internal power supply, the power cable, or power source. If you cannot confirm that the power cable you are using is the one that was shipped with your MagStor, make sure the cable is a 10A 125V power cable or try a different similarly rated cable. Using a different outlet may also solve the problem.

If the error persists, contact MagStor support team.
