IBM Tape Diagnostic Tool (ITDT) Windows
Download and follow the installer's prompts and launch IBM ITDT Graphical Edition for WINDOWS:
Select "Scan" so that the attached tape drive is displayed.
You can perform various tests, where the Health Test is commonly used, or if directed by Technical Support, you may be asked to choose a 'Dump'. Zip these files and attach to the Support Ticket you have created.
