Library Firmware

Below are the latest firmware for your MagStor tape libraries.


  • Download the file that matches your library model.
  • Unzip the file into a directory before applying.
  • Use the checksum to verify the firmware file is complete and uncompromised before applying.
  • You will always use the web interface to apply the firmware file.  See Readme file for detail.
  • Be sure that all tape drives are empty before applying the firmware.  
  • No backup jobs should be running as the library will automatically reboot after the firmware is applied.
