As of early 2025, Overland Storage / Tandberg Data ceased operations and voided all warranties / service contracts on their LTO tape library line.  MagStor has been endorsed by Overland Storage to assist customers with their existing hardware.  


Free Lifetime Troubleshooting - MagStor is offering free lifetime troubleshooting assistance to any Overland / Tandberg customer in regards to their NEOs or NEO xl tape library.  Simply submit a support ticket on the MagStor support portal for assistance.  


Service Parts - MagStor has a wide range of service parts available for Overland / Tandberg tape drives and libraries.  


Upgrades - MagStor offers a compatible line of NEW LTO tape drives for Overland / Tandberg NEO series with a full warranty from MagStor.


Service Contracts - MagStor can sell new support contracts on existing Overland / Tandberg hardware.


Trade-In / Migration to MagStor -  MagStor can sell you an equivalent MagStor branded LTO solution and accept a trade-in on your Overland / Tandberg hardware.
