Verifying Tape Drive FW With ITDT


Download and install ITDT for Windows.  Instructions can be found HERE


Once installed launch the program.  there will be a scan button within the control center.



With the tape drive powered on and initialized press the scan button, The tape drive information will populate showing the firmware version.






MacOS


Download and install ITDT for macOS.  Instructions can be found HERE



Launch ITDT and a terminal window will appear.  Type 'S' and press enter to scan for tape drives.






All tape drives attached will appear and display the firmware version of the tape drive.
